When we first talk, we'll ask you some questions about what you need and what you're looking for in a mortgage. Then we'll match you with mortgage options and offer expert advice to help you meet your goals. We have many options to choose from, so we'll help you evaluate each option to find the loan that best fits you. Then, we'll use our years of experience to match you with a loan and a mortgage payment you can feel comfortable with.

We'll set you up with an application.

Once we agree that we have the best option, we'll send you an application. Don't worry - we can do this online, using filogix secure, exclusive technology, and make it easy to review and approve the application completely online. And, if any part of it seems confusing, your mortgage expert will be there to walk you through it. It is FREE with all of our applications.

We'll get to work.

This is when the magic happens! We'll get to work behind-the-scenes getting your loan. We'll get you 3 great offers to choose from, and set you up with a lawyer(if you're refinancing) to handle your title work, deal with taxes and insurance and getting your current loan paid off .

We'll wrap up all the loose ends.

When all the "fun stuff" is said and done, we'll get in touch to set your closing date. We'll go over all your paperwork before you actually close to make sure you're happy with everything. If you're not, just tell us. We'll make every effort to address your concerns.

We'll close your loan.

When you give us the go-ahead, we'll schedule your closing. But don't you worry about finding us – we'll come to you for closing. Home, office, coffee shop…you name it. Tell us where to be and we'll meet you there. Take a few minutes to give us your signature and take a deep breath – you've got a brand new mortgage! Pretty simple, huh? We think so.
